Machine Learning Engineer

About the Role

We're seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to develop the AI models that power personalized health recommendations. You'll work on everything from pattern recognition in biometric data to natural language understanding for our conversational agents.

What You'll Do

• Develop and deploy ML models for health prediction and personalization
• Fine-tune LLMs for health-specific conversational AI
• Build evaluation frameworks and monitoring for model performance
• Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into ML solutions
• Research and prototype new approaches to health AI
• Optimize models for latency and cost efficiency

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of ML engineering experience
• Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Experience with LLMs (fine-tuning, RAG, prompt engineering)
• Solid foundation in statistics and ML fundamentals
• Experience deploying models to production
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

Nice to Have

• Experience with health or biomedical data
• Publications in ML/AI conferences
• Experience with time series forecasting
• Background in recommendation systems
