Head of Growth
About the Role
We're looking for a Head of Growth to scale moccet from thousands to millions of users. You'll build and lead our growth team, developing strategies across acquisition, activation, and retention.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute growth strategy across all channels
- Build and lead a high-performing growth team
- Own key metrics: user acquisition, activation, retention
- Design and run experiments to optimize the funnel
- Collaborate with product on growth-focused features
- Manage paid acquisition budget and optimize CAC
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of growth/marketing experience
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- Track record of scaling consumer products
- Strong analytical skills and data fluency
- Experience with paid acquisition and organic growth
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with health or wellness products
- Background in subscription businesses
- Experience with viral/referral growth
- Technical background for growth engineering
