About the Role

We're looking for a Head of Growth to scale moccet from thousands to millions of users. You'll build and lead our growth team, developing strategies across acquisition, activation, and retention.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute growth strategy across all channels
  • Build and lead a high-performing growth team
  • Own key metrics: user acquisition, activation, retention
  • Design and run experiments to optimize the funnel
  • Collaborate with product on growth-focused features
  • Manage paid acquisition budget and optimize CAC

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of growth/marketing experience
  • 3+ years of leadership experience
  • Track record of scaling consumer products
  • Strong analytical skills and data fluency
  • Experience with paid acquisition and organic growth
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with health or wellness products
  • Background in subscription businesses
  • Experience with viral/referral growth
  • Technical background for growth engineering
